Candy O’Terry

Candy O’Terry is an Executive Communications Coach at Brunner Communications where she uses decades of experience as a major market radio broadcaster and uber successful podcaster to help her clients shine in any light.   With a keen ear for helping people “sound” their best as presenters and public speakers, she also focuses on teaching the art of storytelling to her clients who find themselves feeling much more confident about their ability to communicate their thoughts in any setting. The Founder of My Dove Productions and the Candy O Radio Network, Candy is a master interviewer who hosts The Story Behind Her Success weekly series, and Country Music Success Stories, a Nashville-based series featuring  in-depth conversations with country music icons.  Widely known for her unique ability to reach through the radio to connect with listeners in a memorable, authentic way, Candy spent 25 years on the air in Boston at Magic 106.7/WMJX where she created the legendary Exceptional Women program.  Over the last 30 years, Candy has received 65 local and national awards for excellence in women’s programming, hosting  and content creation.  

• Her public speaking platform honors the women she has interviewed and the stories they have shared in a compelling presentation called:  16 Life Lessons. 

• An honors graduate of Boston College with a degree in English, Candy is the Media Ambassador for empowerHER, Strong Women Strong Girls, the March of Dimes/New England and the Boston College Club.    

• A lifelong singer and recording artist with chart success and radio airplay worldwide,  Candy is trying her hand at songwriting and playing  her vintage 1951 Yamaha baby grand piano.
